Will has been outstanding from start to finish! As first-time buyers my partner and I were unsure on a lot of things and on the step-by-step process involved of buying a flat. Will laid everything out for us and the steps that would be involved in the process which immediately made us feel relieved. Will was on hand to answer any questions we had the whole way through (even really daft ones!) and kept us updated regularly on what was happening through the whole process. He made the whole process of buying our first home relatively painless for us and I honestly don’t think we could have done it without him! I would recommend him to anyone considering buying a home!!
